What do you like best about Sage Intacct?

I like that we are able to make reports to show exactly what data we are wanting to see. I also like that wea re able to watch tutorials or talk to the community to find solutions in real time. We are currently adding AI to make accounts payable more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Intacct?

I dislike that we cannot leave certain dimensions open after periods close. I also do not like that once something is created at the entity level, admin cannot make it available at the top level. That seems like something easy for admin to handle. But multiple times it has caused difficulties when something (vendor, user, program, etc) is created at the entity rather than the top level. What problems is Sage Intacct solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have had Sage Intacct as long as I have been with the company. However, other schools do not use Intacct and struggle to report the multiple dmmensions like we do so easily in Sage Intacct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
