"Seamless Sage Integration That Bridges Sales and Finance"

What do you like best about Sage CRM?

The native integration with our Sage accounting software is by far the biggest win. It completely bridges the gap between our sales and finance teams. Instead of constantly pinging the accounting department for payment statuses, sales reps can view a customer's invoice history and account balances right inside the CRM. What do you dislike about Sage CRM?

Getting the system customised to fit our exact business needs was more complex than expected. There is a very steep learning curve for admins, and unless you have an IT background or hire an external consultant, setting up custom workflows and integrations can be incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. What problems is Sage CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem we had was disorganised client communication, if an account manager was out sick, no one knew the status of a customer's issue. Sage CRM solves this by acting as a single source of truth for all emails, calls, and support tickets. The benefit is a much smoother workflow for our team, anyone can jump into an account, see the entire history, and help the client immediately without making them repeat themselves.
