What problems is Sage 300 People solving and how is that benefiting you?

We found that when employees had to go to HR for everything like checking leave balances, requesting payslips, or updating personal information, it often caused delays, miscommunication, and created a heavy administrative burden.We noticed that the Employee Self Service (ESS) functionality has helped shift many of these tasks to the employees themselves, making processes more efficient.
