Take the time to understand how to make it work for your own organization so that you can fully embed global talent into your operations, processes, and culture in the same way you would do for US talent. What problems is Sagan Passport solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled with systems-based approach towards hiring, onboarding, and effectively organizing global talent. Sagan's access to global talent, a thorough pre-screening process, and what I'd consider to be a frictionless experience for both employer and candidate is quite remarkable. We now have global talent in 7 countries who contribute in wildly meaningful ways to our organizations and are fully integrated into our culture and US team.
