I like the fact that whomever saw the crime, does not have to be the one to recognize the offender when they come back in. So many times person A catches the person, calls the police, ect, but if they are not here when the offender comes back in, nobody recognizes them. With SAFR, the camera alerts everybody, with all the details available as to what happened previously. It is really showing how little criminals care about being recognized. Building the database. If you don't have pictures, you are starting from scratch. We have been on the system for a few months, and have 164 incidents registered now.
