Our records are much more accurate. It is much easier to identify out of control conditions and trends. Record retrieval is very easy and fast. Our USDA inspector has access to all records, HACCP plans, procedures, etc. which makes their inspections go more quickly and smoothly also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be helpful if you could set up auto numbering systems - for example - to give CAPA the next number in line. It would also be nice to have some text options such as holding or underlining on the hints. Also adding a photo to a hint could be helpful to the operator. No true dislikes - only wishes.
