Been using this for a while now and it's probably the most flexible system I've worked with. At Rocket Central I'm in Learning and Development and what I like most is being able to add photos and videos right into the checks. Makes training way easier because new guys can actually see what they're supposed to be looking for. Reports update fast too so we don't have to wait around. There’s a lot going on with this software. Sometimes I feel like I’m only using half of what it can do because I still haven’t figured the rest out. It can get a little annoying when I can’t remember where a certain setting is. That said, their knowledge base is decent, so I usually end up finding what I need eventually.
