SafeStack makes it really easy to add new learners, set up learning pathways, and monitor progress across the team. I like being able to see who’s completed their courses and how everyone’s tracking - it’s straightforward and saves a lot of admin time. Some of the content, depending on the topic, feels a bit basic or like common sense, so at times it can feel unnecessary to watch the video first. That said, I do recognise that knowledge levels vary between people, so what seems basic to me might be useful for others.
