What do you dislike about SafeAeon?

We have never had an issue with Safeaeon that they didn't address and make right, so I don't have anything I dislike about them or their services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SafeAeon:

The only thing I would have changed is the communication at the beginning of our engagement. We didn't setup a point person in our organization that communicated with Safeaeon, which caused us some issues in the first few weeks. Too many cooks in the kitchen! What problems is SafeAeon solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have worked with Safeaeon for years and they have always allowed us to provide a customized and scalable cybersecurity service to our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
