What do you like best about Sabre Mosaic™ Agency Workspace Lite?

I like how it integrates with other programs. The live up to date data from airlines is helpful. Being able to book all flights hotels and cars in one place for clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sabre Mosaic™ Agency Workspace Lite?

The clunkiness. The fact that the visuals seem like they are from the stone age. There is no need for it to still appear this way, although I do understand you get more data per page with the current interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sabre Mosaic™ Agency Workspace Lite:

It is worth it and there may be a curve ball in learning the systems, but it usually is pretty fast once you know. I would say that it is better than any other booking software out there! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sabre Mosaic™ Agency Workspace Lite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Booking clients travel in a snap. Being able to find all fares and select which I would like to purchase for upgrades for the client, or standard economy etc. Seeing fare class rules is helpful. Easy to read once you understand it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
