The platform is simply amazing. It is simple, and you can learn to use sablono very easily. **What do you dislike about Sablono?** in offline mode, the app requests too many times to enter the password. When you write new information, you cannot see where you want to add that information unless you go back. The app doesn't work correctly in offline mode. When you want to add new information with photos on sablono desktop, the platform doesn`t let you upload multiple images simultaneously. It is very efficient to carry out a handover walk on site, sign a sheet, complete the QA checklist on my phone and attach the signed sheet on the app. **What do you dislike about Sablono?** I do not really have any dislikes about the platform **What problems is Sablono solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Sablono removes the need to make and send out weekly excel trackers to show site progress. This saves me a lot of time so I can give more attention to my other responsibilities. Sablono helps to visualise site progress especially to those working from home. During covid, Sablono helped me to easily communicate with the project team at home to explain what was happening on site. Connecting sub-contractors payment to Sablono is an extremely helpful incentive to push sub-contractors to use Sablono and update completed activities as accurately as they can. I think it is important that the sub-contractor first agrees the payment for each activity so that there is a mutual understanding beforehand. I am currently learning how to produce short-range programmes with Sablono which will save me a lot of time because the programme will be dependent on the sub-contractors updating their activities. Its helpful tool to quickly assess the amount of work that has been completed in a given period by any individual trade **What do you dislike about Sablono?** It can sometimes be quite hard to find the specific section of work you are looking for the first few times you use it. It could maybe be laid out a bit better **What problems is Sablono solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its allowed me to complete on-site valuations from my desk, which means they can be completed in a fraction of the time. It was quick and easy to use, especially in comparison with other systems such as Viewpoint, also it could be acessed via a phone or laptop **What do you dislike about Sablono?** At times the interface seemed a little clunky, and there was not an option to partially complete a task. So only tasks 100% complete could be identified. Although this may been specific to the project we were working on **What problems is Sablono solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main benefit for us is twofold, the ability to update progress on a number of devices, not just a tablet. So that this can be carried out off site .
