What do you like best about Saas, ERP, ecommerce?

The ability to manage all our marketplace operations from a single dashboard has been a game-changer. Before SELLerp, we had to log into Mercado Libre, Amazon, Walmart, Coppel, and Elektra separately to track orders, inventory, and sales performance. Now everything is centralized in real time — we can compare channel performance side by side, spot low-stock issues before they become oversells, and understand our actual profit margins after marketplace fees and shipping costs. The integrations with Latin American marketplaces like Mercado Libre, Coppel, and Elektra are particularly valuable since most ERP tools in the market only focus on Amazon or Shopify. What do you dislike about Saas, ERP, ecommerce?

As a relatively new platform, SELLerp is still expanding its feature set. Some advanced reporting customizations are still in development, and the onboarding process could benefit from more self-service documentation and tutorials. Since the product is focused on the Latin American market, sellers operating primarily in the US or Europe won't find the same depth of marketplace integrations. What problems is Saas, ERP, ecommerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before SELLerp, we managed each marketplace separately — downloading reports from Mercado Libre, Amazon, Walmart, Coppel, and Elektra into spreadsheets, then manually reconciling inventory, orders, and finances. This was time-consuming, error-prone, and made it nearly impossible to get a clear picture of profitability per channel or per product. We frequently oversold items because stock levels weren't synced across platforms. With SELLerp, all of that is centralized. Inventory syncs in real time across all channels, so overselling has dropped dramatically. We can now see our actual profit margins — after marketplace fees and shipping — in one dashboard instead of spending hours building spreadsheets. What used to take us a full day of manual work each week now happens automatically.
