I like that it runs everything against the information we put in. We put in client requirements and it runs the background against that to give a green light, let us know to send it to the client, and stop when it doesn't meet requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I don't like is that once we send the SwiftHire off, we have to then go in and approve the background to run. It is not conducive to what we're doing especially if a candidate has a day job and they cannot complete swifthire until after business hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
