**What do you like best about Ryver?**

I like the fact that Ryver provides a combination of messaging and built-in task management. It simplifies collaboration and helps us have efficient coordination across our various teams, especially in a fast-paced environment. The integration of messaging and task management in Ryver is very quick, streamlines collaboration, and ensures traceability across our teams. This enables us to have accelerated decision-making and provides clear insights or oversight in complex environments. With the task management feature, we're able to have direct support for deployment processes and provide critical compliance, mitigating deployment risk.

**What do you dislike about Ryver?**

Or perhaps, its user interface and performance. Sometimes it is not as polished as it is with other competitors. And another thing is also the ecosystem and integration. This can be made more extensive so as to enable us to have broader capabilities for automation.

**What problems is Ryver solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ryver to reduce fragmentation in communication and task management, improving visibility and coordination during releases. The combination of messaging and task management streamlines collaboration, accelerating decision-making and supporting deployment processes while mitigating risks in complex environments.

**What do you like best about Ryver?**

I like that Ryver combines team chat, task management, and file collaboration all in one unified platform, which helps in eliminating workflow fragmentation for our team. It does this without feeling overcomplicated or bloated, making Ryver extremely valuable. Conversations and tasks are directly linked, so we can discuss a project, assign a task, set a deadline, and share related files all within the same workflow. This keeps context from getting lost and makes it easy to look back and understand why a decision was made. The initial setup of Ryver was really straightforward and easy for our team; we could create our team account, set up channels for different departments and projects, and invite all our team members in just a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Ryver?**

Search, while usable, can be slow or inconsistent when looking for older messages or files across many channels. It also doesn’t offer the advanced filtering options we’d like for quickly locating specific content.

Ryver eliminates communication chaos by unifying chat, tasks, and file sharing, keeping our team aligned and organized. I find Ryver's tech support great at helping with any issues, which made the difficult setup process easier due to their assistance. Ryver also helps me manage my personal experience effectively, especially during busy times with college and other responsibilities.

**What do you dislike about Ryver?**

I find the pricing of Ryver to be a bit high, which affects my decision when considering whether to purchase it again. Although the software support was helpful when I faced computer issues initially, the setup process was difficult for me. Additionally, I feel that having more hours within Ryver could improve productivity and provide more personal time, suggesting a need for greater flexibility or resource availability.

It took me a while  to understand all the features in the beginning and get used to the interface. Finding files was diffucult at first.

We can better communicate with the teams, bosses, and clients using this video conferencing tool. Additionally, we can get better supporting attributes and productivity using the eddy bot. Furthermore, we can bring scattered organizations and teams to one place using this strong video meeting tool. The software encourages collaborative teamwork and better work engagement with the other members. Ryver is a great tool that brings productive outputs with the use of flawless specs. Therefore, you should buy this one and have an amazing experience. Also, you can get this one at reasonable rates and the free version is also available.

**What do you dislike about Ryver?**

Ryver is an emerging conferencing tool but when it comes to audio quality then, the quality is degrading. This video conferencing tool needs better UI with the featured-rich dashboard. Additionally, the software shows an error for pushing the notification updates and many users find it hard to understand at the first attempt. Therefore, these few amendments should be done to make it demanding.

The software is good to use for those who don't have much knowledge about its operational strategy. Moreover, this tool offers instant messaging updates and notifications for any risk of both internal plus external sources.

I can communicate with my colleagues to solve problems and advance tasks very easily since we have such a compliant platform Ryver. It provides me with everything I need to strengthen communication with my colleagues, share information, manage tasks, organize our work and collaborate. It has many features and tools that help teams perform at their best and stay connected on projects moving forward.

So far there has been nothing that I dislike and we have not had any issues with the tool. Whenever we have had questions we have been able to contact your customer support team and they have been able to answer them quickly and efficiently.

It has been a very useful resource to strengthen internal communication and collaborate with colleagues in a simple and efficient way. It has also been a fundamental support in managing our daily tasks and activities. **What do you like best about Ryver?**

Instead of sending too many emails, we use Ryver for our internal communication. Apart from chat, it offers a basic task management system. We don't use the tasks feature that much but we use the chat feature heavily. Apart from personal one-one chat, we have created different groups as per different internal departments.

**What do you dislike about Ryver?**

They keep changing their pricing model quite often. Earlier their focus was a chat system for small teams. Recently again they hiked their prices.

Using Ryver you can avoid sending too many emails internally. It saves time and makes communication smooth.

Creating tasks and assigning them to specifihc people within project groups, then it notifies me of completed tasks and those overdue. I like the private and group conversations depending on the topic

When we have first time user they always say the UI is heavy but not until they use it for a while and they don't complain anymore. If there is a way it the UI can made more user-friendly we will have easy time onboarding new users

I'm loyal to good and services and that's exactly what Ryver offers. They have managed to keep it in the latest version for a long time and I know the won't let us down

This application allows us to take over the calls, conferences, or video calls in a very seamless way. This application helps us even to share the files, and usually, day-to-day used application.

There are a few issues related to direct messages and IMs. Sometimes the audio problems persist. It is quite a bit handy tool, but sometimes these problems do lack the pros.

Ryver app performance is good comparing to other instant messaging apps used for business. Very user friendly to use.

I like being able to chat with my team which this product definitely can do. I know we used a low cost version but it still did the trick. Updates to the look have helped!

**What do you dislike about Ryver?**

Seemed ver basic but it did the trick. Only a couple of times did we have issues with the notifications not coming through but it was a decent alternative to Slack. Not the best though!

**Recommendations to others considering Ryver:**

It is a good alternative to products out on the market but I have preferred slack. Cost wise it works!

We are solving communication issues and pulling teams closer that are spread out all over the world. It is nice to have a product that does that. Ryver does the trick!

It is simple and easy to use, allowing me to communicate with ease.

All task are documented for all to see which is awesome for all team members to view on one Platform.

Support is provided easily with Eddy Bot.

Easy to view other tasks that are assisgned to other employees.

Very easy to search for items and innformatio using the search feature.

Love that we can add different departments as teams and view the teams and indiviuals performance.

Easy for all departments to collborate as one organization.

Easily notified for messages and video calls.

So far I love Ryver and cannot find any fault.

The only down side would be if Eddy Bot can go more into dept with the explained infoemation.

To have more supporting documentation.

If the trial period was 1 month instead of 14 days.

Easy to use. Easy support provided for this applicaation.  Easy to document tasks. 

Easy to communitcate with chat and video.

It is very informative to read all the different topics uploaded.

I find that this platform is very seure and safe.

It is a application which helps to organize video calls and meetings in one shot. It also give other features like -

It has a good interface and also provides eddy bot for your assistance.
You can also categorize task as per department's are divided.

Loading time is liitle bit high due to network issues and other than that I love this application.

I like that we can make multiple team chats. It helps us stay connected in a remote environment.

We had some trouble with the app version when we had several operators on at once. The majority of our staff uses the chat in a web browser now.

I have used Ryver for a long time, and I must say it is by far one of the best. I like that the software is affordable and that it comes with helpful business communication features. From sending a simple message to group chats, Ryver works well, and I like that the User Interface is very friendly. So far, I have had no complaints about using the tool.

**What do you dislike about Ryver?**

Since Ryver delivers and has been very useful in our business, I cannot complains.

Ryver has been our to-go tool for a very long time, and I must agree it is one of the best as a business messaging tool. One more reason I would recommend it is that it comes with a lot more features and capabilities, such as video conferencing.

Ryver is great for its ability to integrate email communication with group messaging in one app. It makes communication very effective if you can stay organized. It also offers a task management app, so if you like to have everything in one spot, this is the best app for you and/or your company!

It can be a lot to manage at once. There's little compartmentalization and that can make it quite hectic. **What do you like best about Ryver?**

Fairly intuitive platform and works well to manage discussions. The platform is focused on discussion forums and it does this very well. User management is simple and onboarding new users is fairly frictionless. Includes a large Zapier integration suite.

The App is also fairly comprehensive and almost exactly mirrors the website version including the admin side of things so you do not need to move between them in order to administer the service.

Just a note on Tech Support, The response in my experience has been excellent and resolution very quick which is a bonus especially when you need help setting up the service.

**What do you dislike about Ryver?**

It's not Slack which is my baseline for this kind of platform it lacks voting tools for example and Single Sign On would be useful.

I'd like to Google integration rather than via zapier as all our users are on G-Suite so this would be really helpful.

Just be aware that if you need to change the name of your Ryver domain i.e, name.ryver.com you need to raise a tech support ticket as this is fixed once set, you can however amend the 'display' name at any time.

Solid platform and slightly less expensive than other competitors.

We are using this to coordinate discussions and planning to establish Data standards for interoperability between three health research organisations. While we each have our own collaboration suite we were keen to have a simple and agnostic platform we could all collaborate on.

Ryver's pricing point is unbeatable. $99 a month for unlimited users and storage made it a no-brainer decision to migrate from Hipchat. Other corporate messaging services with a per user/per month scheme were just too much for our budget. Also, web and native interfaces make it a breeze to implement. No need to wait for a deployment, just point your browser to a URL and you are there.

I wish audio/video conferencing and screen sharing worked as well as the messaging service.

If you are looking for a corporate messaging service with a decent feature set and does not break the bank Ryver its your best bet. It also includes GIF comments, lol!

Our team uses Ryver to manage and communicate about projects remotely, and to make sure we stay on top of critical tasks. We love the simple but sophisticated interface, and the versatility of Ryver. We use it seamlessly as a web-based portal, using the desktop client and on the mobile App. It's beautifully designed and essential to our workflow. I've used Asana too, but vastly prefer Ryver.

There's nothing to dislike. If I were to add features, I would add the option to create paragraphs within posts  (pressing enter submits the post). But this is minor--we are very pleased with Ryver.

You can create multiple chat rooms with set topics and collaborate with multiple teams at a time. You can send instant messages to people within the organization. Ryver API allows third party integrations, thus making collaboration easier. The interface is good and understandable.

It's not free of cost and there are free alternatives that can be used to serve the same purpose. File sharing is slow and not convenient because you can only share one file at a time, thus slowing down meetings if you're required to share multiple files for discussions or presentations.

If you're working on a small team of developers, Ryver is good enough to suit your needs and you can start for free too. I can recommend it on that basis.

Whiteattention administrators have implemented good management systems and programs a few months ago, ryver is one of my favorites, as a user I am lucky to have access to the tools of this program, it has an intelligent system with which we improve the communication of everything Our team was able to develop and execute the projects of my work team, the updates are better every month and I really like the reports of the program, I no longer need to make manual and long reports, with the program I have important details and they always offer me a support for failures that may arise, with ryver every resource planning is very successful and businesses are smarter

This program is quite complete and powerful, but it has functions that should improve, in the tasks when downloading files in many cases I have more than 10 and I have to do it one by one, to do this I need a lot of time and it bothers me, I also want to Enter the program to modify its interface and customize it to place in the order that I wanted and have more control and waste less time looking for the options I need or use more frequently.

It is an intuitive program that I can recommend, has frequent updates and the provider always takes into account the suggestions to improve the experience of all users, I like its price and the free version is complete, so far I have achieved very good work with this software.
