"My experience with Ryver"

What do you like best about Ryver?

At this juncture, the search/file management features so I don't have to remember exactly where I put something. Additionally the ability to add members and guests and teams from one platform. I had been exploring different solutions with limited success until I came across a video comparing Slack to Ryver, It is remarkably robust and scalable, more then I would ever expected regardless of the price!

As a collaboration tool it really does free up some mental energy so I can focus on the work to produce the desired results. For what I need from this point forward it has certainly added flexibility, consistency and has given me back some time and lowered my frustration level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ryver?

In the beginning I would say not really finding a place to get my bearings or a clean starting point. I assumed some things about how it operated incorrectly. I would have to say just having a glossary of terms and definitions would have been helpful. Since then they've added an on boarding guide to help newbies start.

What problems is Ryver solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having online conversations or texts getting lost. Really I have spent so much time looking thru emails for stuff that I think is there or I renamed and filed somewhere and can't remember where. I've found with the Open Forums we can all post there so any one can access the info if they choose to. I don't have to be concerned if I emailed this person or that person or make a decision on who needs to see this or that. It's their decision to access the info or not. The fact someone can put a post or chat in Ryver and it shows up in my email as well, eliminates the need to log back into Ryver to respond. I can do so right there in email and it shows up in the Ryver conversation as well. Overall I think it was made for the 24/7 work world! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
