"The Best system you can operate is RXNT"

What do you like best about RXNT?

The system has had an upgrade. It is so much easier to read and so much better to navigate through. I can read everything so much better now and the way the system operates gives you the control needed to correct any mistakes that come about. I love the graphics because you automatically know how to navigate to where ever it is you want to go. The billing has just gotten easier. There are so many new features that need to be explored and the system lets you maneuver so much easier. I love this system. There has not been any time that customer service has not responded to my inquires. The self help portal was an amazing tool. I have never had to worry about contacting the help desk because they are there to answer all of your questions and concerns but I feel the ease of using the self portal to answer any question about the system with a full explination of how to work and navigate through. What do you dislike about RXNT?

Since the upgrade, I have not had any of the issues that I have had previously. As with all computers, the system will freeze up, but it has not happen since the upgrade. I used to have problems pulling up the claims but so far, the system has run smoothly. We did at one point and time have issues sending out prescriptions, but since contacting the RXNT team, that problem is the thing of the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RXNT solving and how is that benefiting you?

Upon doing billing through RXNT, you have to set your practice up. That was easy as 1, 2, 3. Once you set your preferences for the system and allow the RXNT staff to set up the super bills, the coding, and insurance companies, then the rest is easy. I have had minimal issues and have only contacted customer service 2 times since we've had this system over a 1 1/2 years now. They are very good with communication. Although we have yet to enable the EHR, I'm looking forward to making that part run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
