I use RxDelta to reconcile my monthly claims against what I actually paid across seven different wholesalers, and it saves me hours every month that I previously spent on spreadsheets. It provides a clean report each cycle, allowing me to catch every NDC billing misalignment and shortage that I couldn't before, showing me the money I was leaving on the table. I love the Payer Intelligence Benchmark since it displays which PBMs pay more for the same drug, with real money implications on specialty drugs like NURTEC or DUPIXENT. It shows me the dollar spread and gives me data for contract negotiations and which claims to flag for reconciliation decisions. I'm also on the Managed Reporting plan, so Alex runs the reports every two weeks, making the whole system functional without me needing to touch it. The transition from BatchRx to RxDelta was straightforward, revealing money that BatchRx never surfaced. The setup was seamless as Alex from RxDelta managed everything, pulling everything together quickly without requiring my involvement in IT or training.
