I use RxDelta to reconcile my monthly PBM claims against what I actually paid for the drugs. It catches NDC swaps, shortages, and reimbursements that came in below acquisition cost, then packages it up so I can act on it. The system is easy to use with a clean interface and has flexible filters by PBM, drug, cycle, and date range. I can request any custom cut and have reports ready fast. The Managed Reporting plan is a huge help since Alex handles my reports, ensuring reconciliation is done every two weeks, and I can ask for reports on demand. This means no IT headache, no steep learning curve, and actionable reports the same day they land. The big advantage is audit readiness, as RxDelta keeps my reconciliation organized by PBM, making it easy to provide records for specific payers when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing dealbreaking, more like wishlist items from the owner seat. First, I would like a lighter mobile-friendly summary dashboard so I can glance at the high level numbers between biweekly reports without waiting for the next cycle. Second, sometimes I want to share a specific finding with my accountant or business partner, and having a shareable link view of that section, not just a PDF export, would be cleaner. Third, an optional alert when a large underpayment or a repeat NDC swap pattern is caught could give me a heads up before the next scheduled report. None of these block the work, they are just refinements that would make the owner side of the experience even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
