Flexible and powerful web CMS capabilities. Good support from RWS team. Extensive community. DXA reference implementation. Content modeling flexibility. Integrations with Elasticsearch, Opensearch and OpenID Connect for SSO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about RWS Tridion Sites?
Overcomplicated workflow processes. Difficulty in troubleshooting publishing, customizations, extensions. Logs can be difficult to track down and/or provide little or no relevant information. Difficulty in finding or navigating correct documentation. DXA has historically been challenging to install and get up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
