Ruttl makes my life easier, as well as my clients'. It's simple to use for people who are non-technical because all you need to do is click where you'd like leave a comment. Since I have multiple website retainer clients, it helps a ton with keeping track of requests and I love the email alerts it sends when I receive new comments. As a solopreneur with multiple clients, I wish that Ruttl's plans were a bit more flexible. Their Pro plan defaults to 2 users, when I would only need 1. In addition, I had trouble setting up a few of my websites that are using Divi. After some troubleshooting, I was able to figure out how to successfully add them and I have not had any issues since.
