I really like that Runbear lives where the work already happens, particularly by integrating into Slack. This saves a lot of context switching for me and my team since I don't have to use it in another place, which makes it really convenient. I just mention it in the Slack channel, and it just works, which is quite impressive. The initial setup for Runbear was easy enough, and besides the pricing, everything else was straightforward. I guess the pricing, which is credit-based, it's not the most straightforward and took some time for me to wrap my head around. I think adding more connectors to other tools would also be useful.
