Payroll processing is so easy. Any earning or deduction I can possibly think of is already preloaded into the system. I just need to make small customizations to it. They always have reps available to answer my tough questions even if during this last year it has taken longer to get one. Even on chat I can tell the reps really care and are really knowledgeable. I've never run into something they couldn't answer for me quickly. The online access for employees is awesome and it's really easy to onboard someone. Basically everything I need for HR is encompassed within RUN and its offshoots Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP? The only thing I could say is that I wished during this last year I could get a rep sooner. But in the two previous years it had always been really fast. I think the delays were related to COVID. The other things is that I wish the web browser navigation on the payroll processing page was a little easier. The whole screen moves over instead of the first and top row and column being frozen which would help to make sure you are under the correction earning and employee. Everything else is great. I like being able to store everything I need about an employee in the same place electronically. I don't miss necessary things this way. I also like that they provide the appropriate state and federal postings. I really wouldn't know what to have up if they didn't have this. I've worked with personnel concepts in the past for legal posters and they use scare tactics to sell you things you can get for free. I'm also able to onboard someone much sooner.
