What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

Everything is easily accessible. Reminders for payroll is helpful. Entering the info in the system is very easy and they trouble shoot for you if something looks off. Manual checks are very easy to do with the system. Preparing information for the Covid federal monies was very easy and storing documents and retrieving them is very clear. What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

Numerous emails about additional services that we don't need. I'd rather reach out for help if needed for workers comp, insurance, etc. Sometimes finding federal tax reports and information is not as clear as general company reports. I have had some issues with uploading tax letters and not realizing that ADP had handled the situation without specifically looking to see. When I enter biweekly AND weekly payroll they have to be done at the exact same time in order to avoid an additional charge. Wish you could submit one when its ready and the other later if needed as long as both are done before deadline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RUN Powered by ADP:

Be prepared with paperwork from employees so that you can enter them into payroll program with ease. Work out merging info from ADP to your online bookkeeping system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Covid 19 information has been very helpful. Easily accessible reports for time off for employees. Easy to get pay stubs done. Even when we have to do manual checks the process is very easy. We were having a hard time keeping up with days off for employees but this system is easy to access and see that information. Its also easy to put payroll info into my QB program from the payroll detail report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
