What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

I like that Run Powered by ADP handles all my payroll needs. It's great at running reports (was ahead of the game with small business COVID loans). Doing this myself would take me away from my business and cost me a lot more to keep track of the information and learn about new taxes/laws. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

The only thing I can think of is maybe it is too robust for what I need? I know it can do a lot more, but I haven't needed it since I am a sole proprietor. I am an S - corp so it is a little overkill, but that also allows for growth in the future. It did seem expensive at first, but there are plenty of discounts & it's totally worth it not to have to delve into the HR/Payroll/Taxes laws, policies, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering RUN Powered by ADP:

If you're looking for a payroll/HR service, you've found it. Simple for 1 person to use, but capable to handle large organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

RUN Powered by ADP does everything I need and takes a lot off my plate. Things like, handling payroll, taxes, running reports. It basically, saves a ton of time & money and I don't have to put too much time in learning new payroll laws/taxes. I know it can also calculate benefits, be a full service HR suite, & partners with Zip recruiter for hiring. So, it works well for what I have now and will allow me to grow into using more features in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
