What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

My favorite is the customer service from the actual agents I encounter on the phone. While helping me with updating employee information, my agent Louisa uncovered a mistake I made in payroll that would have given me a lot of headaches if left unfound. She was able to correct in on the spot and did it with a wonderful demeanor making me feel feel fully supported as a valued member of the ADP family. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

At first it seems a little overwhelming. Especially with the frame of reference that there is not a lot of fantastic customer service out there to support during difficult times of transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of payroll and all of the multiple things that go along with it. Also it's a fantastic way for me to keep employee information organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
