What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

It's easy to understand - you can keep previewing and not lose data or be pressured to submit until you are sure

Technical support is awesome - always helpful - appreciate the call back system when there is a long que. we also have HR 411 and well that is a lifesaver - i always have a professional to consult and many time confirm my thinking on HR matters - helps give peace of mind for difficult scenarios Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

lately its been very long ques - i know due to covid

also on occassion when i am called back and somone gets on, the call gets dropped and there is no way to call back - and i find i have to get back at the end of the line when maybe i waited hours for call back and im on a deadline

if you can find a way to fix this i would be happy - a system that recognizes the person called back was not completed aND SHOuLD CALL US AgIN thanks! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
