The reps are very helpful and prompt with answering questions. The AI tool helps me with quick solutions..... I feel like I am getting my money's worth because ADP takes care of all the filing and taxes for you. I just click "run payroll" every month and give everything a once over so it's just one less thing I need to worry about since ADP is a pro at this. I can trust ADP is taking care of things the way they should and if mistakes are made, they own them. They are available to answer my questions and concerns all the time and explain things so well. The labeling on the invoices can be a little vague, which is hard to know what the charges are for exactly without doing a little digging. Most of the rest is very clear. RUN by ADP meets my very simple payroll needs, especially when it comes to filing for state and local tax identification.
