What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

RUN is a very simple platform that allows great capabilities for business owners to maintain control over their payroll workflow, without it being overly complicated or time consuming. The integrated time-keeping is very useful, and keeps everything that I need in one platform.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

AI assistant has now replaced a majority of what real and helpful agents used to do. I absolutely detest the decision to implement AI, and I am tremendously disappointed in ADP for this decision especially considering that ADP has always offered what I would consider to be the best customer service that I have ever had the pleasure to interact with both professionally and personally. AI is not the answer to customer service, and it cannot replace a helpful and thoughtful human representative. The time to resolution for me has drastically increased since this implementation, and completely soured my experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

RUN simplifies my payroll and timekeeping system, as well as my 401k plans. As a business owner, I am able to easily manage these things on my own rather than requiring a 3rd party or an additional employee to be in control of the most important parts of my business.
