What do you like best about RUN Powered by ADP?

The help you can get from representatives who understand what it is you actually need and provide learning and training in the process

ADP can be reached when you need them, they are very good to long time clients. They resolve your issue and they will waive any fees if you explain the issue that caused the fee. They are very good with Non profit organizations and I have work at different companies that also used ADP Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RUN Powered by ADP?

when I am 400 in the chat line but mostly I don't have too many complaints that I don't resolve ASAP The reporting and processing is very user friendly and adaptable across the board

Agree but chat has been improved upon. Sometimes the message is not communicated well but ADP agent always guides you through Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RUN Powered by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?

Payroll, taxes, reporting. They were very instrumental during the start of covid in providing me with all the payroll reports needed to file for PPE loan

I could not have done the PPP loan with out the ADP reporting. The reports in ADP are so useful and they make for a good clean audit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
