What do you like best about rudi?

It connects with LINE OA, which is an important channel for communication in Thailand. Also, I’ve used other chatbots before, but they didn’t sound human at all — they replied like robots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about rudi?

What problems is rudi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rudi solves the problem of customers messaging our LINE Official Account [Line OA] outside of business hours. The default auto-reply on LINE OA used to sound too robotic. Now, after work hours, I don’t have to worry whether customers message or not — Rudi takes care of them first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
