What do you like best about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

The Ask Ruddr AI assistant stands out. Whenever I have a question, whether it’s about configuring time tracking, approvals or reports, I get a fast, relevant answer that actually reflects how Ruddr works. It’s saved me a lot of time during evaluation and setup, and it makes the platform feel approachable even for admins who are managing it alongside a lot of other responsibilities. What do you dislike about Ruddr Professional Services Automation?

Nothing major yet. As with any new platform there’s a short learning curve while you get familiar with where settings live, but Ask Ruddr has made that much easier. I’ll update this once we’ve been using it longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ruddr Professional Services Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ruddr is replacing an older, more complex PSA tool for us. It’s simplifying time tracking, approvals and project reporting in one place.
