What do you like best about Rubli Lease Accounting Solution?

Rubli Lease Accounting saves us a lot of time when calculating lease amortization and right-of-use values. It also includes all the relevant reports we need for reporting, and they’re readily available and easy to pull. Overall, it saves a lot of time we would otherwise spend building and maintaining our own schedules in Excel, and it helps reduce the risk of errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rubli Lease Accounting Solution?

The lease listing feels a bit cluttered because it shows both new leases and old/expired/terminated ones, rather than displaying only the active leases for the relevant site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rubli Lease Accounting Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rubli allows us to manage our leases accurately and completely. It also minimizes the amount of audit work around our leases because, once the auditors are comfortable with system testing, they can pull leases as they choose and have all the information (contracts, calculations, and disclosure reports) readily available to them without having to go through us. It saves us a lot of time because, once we upload the lease, and assuming there are no changes in terms or anything like that, the lease is essentially set for the duration of the agreement. All we have to do is pull data straight from Rubli instead of actively managing lease schedules and calculations ourselves, or creating the related reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
