It requires minimal customization, which makes it easy to set up. Because it’s built on a web interface, it’s straightforward to navigate and only basic training is needed. Importing and loading leases is a breeze and takes only seconds. The solution is priced very reasonably, and we are more than happy with the pricing for the benefits it has brought us (with pre-built reports that are readily available and still easily customizable like an excel pivot to support analysis and reporting!).

In the future, it would be helpful to develop more advanced functions, such as adding initial recognition entries for intermediate lessors. It would also be beneficial to strengthen internal controls within the process—for example, restricting access to the journal submission page to authorized users only, and enabling automated email notifications to support the approval workflow.
