The best thing is, even the people who has feature phones ( who cannot access digital token), they can request for physical token, thus accommodating wide range of people of all spectrum. **What do you dislike about RSA Services?** Sometimes mutli level authentication takes lot of time when we have lot of applications which require individual authentications. **What problems is RSA Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** Multi layered Authentication - As we all know, ldap authentication alone is not enough for those who are serious in security and unauthorised access. RSA secure id provides authentication token (Both Physical/digital) which provides second layer of security on top of username and password to ensure the system is foolproof. ### 2. As it works on certain algorithm so very difficult for an hacker to creak the code. **What do you dislike about RSA Services?** Just like being a dynamic in its algo to provide new codes to login, some time latency in the soft token I had experienced.if the can work on that latency it fix it would be great. **Recommendations to others considering RSA Services:** You can look for this Product if you are looking for secure login to client or any financial transaction. **What problems is RSA Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** RSA is playing a critical role in my daily official life when we are working in remote or other wise. Their solution via cloud virtual keys or hard token enables us to connect securely to our project servers and create confidence in our business partners that nothing is getting compromised on security ground. ### 3. There was also a limitation on the data gathering because the reporting time execution was too short in result it fails to generate the reports. **What problems is RSA Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** RSA solve problem that any other SIEM couldn't which is able to see overview of the whole logs in the system. It provides detailed visibility into network traffic, logs, endpoints, and other data sources, allowing analysts to reconstruct the attack timeline, understand the scope of the incident, and identify the root cause. In addition, the platform is capable on correlating events which give us holistic view of security posture that make us proactive when monitoring events from multiple customers. Lastly, its user-friendly GUI which improves our response towards incident because it was totally customizable and has a big impact to our Operations center, including monitoring of traffic logs, dealing with use cases and more. **What do you dislike about RSA Services?** The least helpful feature of RSA netwitness SIEM is same as other SIEM, giving a lot of false positives on our incident alerts monitoring which contributes to manual checking of SOC analyst. **Recommendations to others considering RSA Services:** The advice that'll give to someone who considering RSA Witness are: 1. Thoroughly evaluate the compatibility of the devices to be monitored by RSA netwitness SIEM. 2. Proper configuration must apply on the solution, the provider/support must have a relevant experience in order to optimized the solution properly 3. Keep Up with latest Updates regarding this solution and current trends in cyber security so that the solution is always aligned with the security issue globally. **What problems is RSA Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** RSA netwitness SIEM enhance our cybersecurity capabilities towards our client. By provind such usable features such as analytics, real-time visibility and user friendly interface have help us to improve our ability proactively when dealing with different use cases and respond to our client accordingly. ### 5. For example, the generation of dynamic tokens is one of them. Even this has two ways; they provide soft and hard tokens with direct satellite connectivity to validate and generate themselves. **What do you dislike about RSA Services?** RSA Authentication comes with its problems. One of them is that with the high security, the process often becomes complicated, putting the users through training sessions. Also the registration process is lengthy in some cases **What problems is RSA Services solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the onset of remote work culture, the requirement for a safe way to access virtual desktops came into picture. The challenge was ensuring that the developers got the required technical support to continue with development smoothly, keeping the company or client data secured and access restricted. It had an mobile and desktop app as well. You can easily switch devices or change token in case of loss of phone. **What do you dislike about RSA Services?** The initial setup was a bit tricky. The architectural flow of setting up, bringing it up for the first time was a bit challenging. It can be improved by less number of steps involving entering a id/key. **Recommendations to others considering RSA Services:** You can go for it. Its sbsolutely worthed its name.
