What do you like best about Route?

What I like best about Route is it helps our e-commerce company with damaged or lost orders. Getting our orders to our customers in a timely fashion is key plus they help us insure they will get a product that has not been damaged in transit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Route?

There are no downsides to using Route. They have made our job and customer service more efficient and effective. Route always answers our inquiries on time, whether it be directly with us or the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Route solving and how is that benefiting you?

Route is solving our shipping inquiries with our customers. If a customer reaches out and they have not received their order, Route is quick to help respond to a claim for lost in transit. They are also useful when a customer receives a damaged product. They will issue a replacement without issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
