I loved working with the Instructional Design team to build my company’s modules. There were a few occasions when I know they went the extra mile by making an extra change or communicated to me that a section of the script needed to be redone to truly reach our audience. I feel like the LMS looks outdated compared to other options in 2019. I found the LMS contract language needing updates too - especially defining fees/costs and keeping verbiage consistent throughout Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
