Rootstock allows for customization and flow integration that reduces labor needed to record process transactions and build product traceability. What do you dislike about Rootstock Cloud ERP? The most common complaint I get from the team about Rootstock is the interface. Some of the legacy tools would have easier functionally if a column or 2 could be added. Even with lightning being used, there is not much that can be changed about the display format, specifically with sizing. The other complaint that I have, which may be with ERPs in general, is that the standard tool will only do 90-95% of the job. For the tool to be complete, 1-3 functions must be built as custom to make it complete, even if those function would be considered standard functionality for several industries. Before Rootstock, we had paper production records and spreadsheets that were hard to keep up with. After implementing Rootstock a few years ago, our operations finally had one source of truth to work from and not wonder if the data a tech was reviewing was current. Now, Rootstock is adding AI tools to increase our ability to query non-related data and execute against those new insights.
