I find Ronspot very easy to use. It only takes a couple of taps to book a parking spot, making everything quicker and more reliable. Previously, booking parking was complicated with Excel sheets, but now I can just open the app on my phone and secure my spot immediately. I also appreciate how fair it is; it prevents some people from getting parking all the time and ensures more equitable access. Another nice advantage is if someone decides not to come to work and releases their spot, it goes back into the pool instantly, making efficient use of the car park. I also like that Ronspot integrates with Microsoft Teams and Outlook, providing calendar reminders, and it supports single sign-on, simplifying the process. Lastly, the initial setup was very easy. I downloaded the app, logged in through single sign-on, and could access parking zones right away, whether on my phone, laptop, or through Microsoft Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it a bit limiting that while Ronspot also offers desk and meeting room booking features, we don't use them at our workplace.
