What do you dislike about Roleshape?

What problems is Roleshape solving and how is that benefiting you?

Roleshape has seriously upped our sales and support training game. We tried roleplay stuff before, but it was kinda clunky and weird, you know? Roleshape just makes everything click. Their AI voice bot is crazy realistic—throws curveballs, switches up its tone, and challenges our team just like real customers. It's basically like having a coach who never needs a break. The feedback is where it really shines though. After practicing, everyone gets personalized tips on their delivery, pace, how they handle pushback, all that good stuff. It's super practical and helps people level up fast. Since we started using it, our team gets up to speed quicker, feels way more confident, and straight-up performs better.
