I like that Rolebot provides curated lists of candidates based on the information we provide for sourcing. I have made a few offers to candidates sourced by Rolebot. It is very straightforward and easy to use. I also appreciate the follow-up from the customer success team to ensure we are reviewing candidates in a timely manner. Sometimes the provided candidate pool is very far off from the sourcing criteria we provide and the candidates are not a fit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
