Canal has created a platform that allows for seamless communication and partnership opportunities without having to leave the site. Communicating with new brands on how to integrate is simple and they do a great job with reconciling and communicating on finance issues with both retailers and brands. They're also very proactive in terms of tech improvements, both based on their own goals as well as our requests, that you can see implemented within a very reasonable time period. There are some limitations in terms of integrating with brands on certain platforms and though they provide a manual option, that is also limited in scope for shipping setup. The messaging inbox has some room for improvement, but they actually reached out to us looking for feedback on that and made us aware of coming changes.
