The user interface is good-looking and logical and the steps are easy to find. Processes can be saved and restored, with automatic saving of all previous versions. The Recorder is the best feature, as it enables recording navigation through applications without manually adding each step. It is easy to deactivate and reactivate processes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Currently using an older on-premise version of the software, and lots of issues have been resolved in the newer Cloud version of the software. Other things to improve would be "color coding" and error handling script syntax in the Script step Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
