What do you like best about Rivermate?

What I like most about Rivermate is having the international employment side of things organized in one place. We mainly use it to support employees in different countries, and the onboarding process is straightforward. Having payroll, employment documentation, and compliance support together saves us from having to coordinate everything separately. What do you dislike about Rivermate?

There is a bit of a learning curve when you're first getting familiar with all the different processes and options. Some areas could also be more streamlined for users who only interact with the platform occasionally. Once our team got used to the workflow, though, it became much easier to manage. What problems is Rivermate solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rivermate helps us deal with the administrative challenges that come with having an international workforce. As a software development company with a relatively small team, we don't have a large HR department dedicated to managing employment requirements in different countries.
