Evaluating Rivermate from a global compensation leadership and total rewards perspective, its capacity to streamline localized benefits administration and cross-border payroll without requiring local corporate entities is outstanding. What do you dislike about Rivermate?

The underlying onboarding automation and localized compliance workflows are extremely solid. However, pulling consolidated multi-currency expenditure reports across separate engineering and product business units requires applying manual filtering rules. Having a single-click executive dashboard to export consolidated global reward ledgers in a unified format would further streamline our monthly compensation reconciliations.
