What problems is Riverbed Network Observability solving and how is that benefiting you?

Especially when we were working on an e-commerce site, when we could not catch the desired traffic during load tests, when we analyzed it with Riverbed NPM, we understood that SSL traffic was causing this and by playing on ciphers, we ensured the desired traffic to come.
