Ventiv IRM is user friendly, and able to carry a ton of records/information that is easy to access across the Region. I have been using IRM for roughly 2 years and it's amazing how many capabilities the platform has, the reporting ability, and the customer interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only dislike I would say I have, is in the beginning when using the platform it can be overwhelming because there is access to so much information, but the more I have worked in it the ability to work it comes a lot more naturally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
