What do you like best about Riskonnect Policy Administration?

Ease of use. The design is intuitive, and easy to train new users on the application. The policy team at Ventiv is very knowledgeable and great to work with. The policy site has allowed us to expand our business in ways we would never have been able to with our previous underwriting methods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Riskonnect Policy Administration?

The ticket site can be frustrating. Staff sometimes lack the knowledge of the product to provide a quick response. We have also experienced poor communication skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Riskonnect Policy Administration solving and how is that benefiting you?

There was a lot of manual work using multiple excel documents prior to using Ventiv. Ventiv Policy has taken a lot of stress off our underwriters and allowed them to focus on building relationships with our current members and pursuing new opportunities for our business. Also, with the ease of access to our data, our company pursued and received an A rating with AM Best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
