Customer service is top-notch. The team is always improving the system, and data updates are applied quickly once they’re released. The reports it generates are great, and overall the tool is very useful. In addition, they are one of the first software vendors to start implementing new regulations and building out tools to ensure compliance. Lastly, fair lending analytics are great!
