RiskExec is an easy-to-use platform that can integrate HMDA and CRA data with many different software applications through a simple import process. Training was great because you actually get to work with a live representative as opposed to online training lessons or AI generated training programs that can be clumsy and create confusion and frustration. Having the ability to discuss with a representative setup and implementation processes made the experience less stressful - AND each session is recorded which I found to be especially vital because I can replay the session when I need a refresher, or when I need to work at slower pace. Reps are very quick to respond and provide help at any time I need it. I cannot say enough about the training and RiskExec service representatives!

The HMDA module has a flow to which anyone can adapt. Reports and screen displays can be customized by any user to fit their preferences. The CRA module makes importing and reviewing files simple, and geocoding has never been easier. The screen font and display are large which is great for those who prefer large screen displays. Our staff prefers to see the whole picture, meaning, they prefer to see all the fields displayed on one screen because they can immediately see any missing data from the start and know what fields were last visited versus jumping through tabs and trying to remember where certain data fields are located.

RiskExec's HMDA module displays fields in an order that doesn't exactly follow the flow of standard underwriting forms, such as the Fannie Mae 1008 Transmittal. Having a good flow is so important to an efficient loan review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
