What do you like best about RiseKit?

The partnership with RiseKit has been exceptional. From the initial intake through the site visit and weekly huddles, RiseKit has been amazing in their ability to understand the nature of our organization and impact the quality of candidates we receive. Additionally, the set-up and integration with our Applicant Tracking System was so straight forward and easy to build into our system. The support in generating marketing materials, scheduling webinars with community partners, and providing top-level support has been tremendously valuable to our organization. What do you dislike about RiseKit?

At this time I have no constructive feedback or dislikes related to RisekKit and their services. Any issues we have experienced have been dealt with immediately and thoughtfully by RiseKit staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RiseKit solving and how is that benefiting you?

RiseKit is addressing the gap in connecting community based talent with our organization. By identifying and supporting job seekers who may not be aware of our organization, or may have a barrier to employment we are able to fill positions with staff who truly understand the nature of our work and the impact we make in the community.
